Meet Our Team

Born and raised in Boise, Dr. Leslie Wagner attended Boise High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho. Before pursuing dentistry, she worked in footwear design in Seattle, where her love of creativity and aesthetics inspired her to combine those interests with a career in dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, and returned home to Idaho in 2017.

Dr. Wagner is a member of the American Dental Association® and the Idaho State Dental Association. She is known for her gentle chairside manner and natural approach to aesthetics. She takes the time to get to know her patients and understand their individual smile and oral health goals, with the goal of making every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of the office, Dr. Wagner enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as home design and renovation projects. She loves living in Boise for its access to the outdoors and growing culinary scene. Her favorite local spots include Percy and Wylder restaurants, and she especially enjoys traveling to Europe, with Spain among her favorite destinations. Her dream trip is Japan—primarily for the food!

If she weren’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Wagner would be pursuing interior design and home renovation. Her dream project is to design and build an era-accurate mid-century modern home with an interior courtyard or atrium. She is also a fan of Seinfeld, The Sopranos, great food, film and animals.

After nearly 10 years with the team, what she enjoys most is simple: “We have a great time together!”

Dr. Hess has proudly served the Boise community as a trusted dentist since 1989. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry, he returned to Idaho with a commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships with generations of families by combining clinical excellence with a genuine passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside the office, Dr. Hess enjoys making the most of Idaho’s beautiful outdoors. He loves spending quality time with his family, especially his eight grandchildren, and can often be found water skiing, boating, or enjoying other outdoor adventures. Recently, he has also developed a passion for flying. Whether caring for patients or spending time with loved ones, Dr. Hess values building meaningful connections.

Dr. Moss graduated from OU College of Dentistry in 1997. He had his own dental practice in Eagle, before partnering with Dr. Hess in 2003. He is a motor-cross enthusiast and loves vacationing with his family.

Jessica joined the Value Dental team in December 2017 after graduating from Carrington College and completing her externship here from March–May 2017. She loves helping patients feel more confident in their smiles and enjoys being part of their journey toward a positive experience with dentistry.

What Jessica enjoys most about being part of the Value Dental team is the close-knit family atmosphere. She has worked alongside many members of the team for nearly a decade, and together they’ve celebrated countless milestones both inside and outside of the office. For Jessica, that sense of connection and teamwork is what makes Value Dental such a special place to be.

Born in the Bay Area, California, Jessica moved to Boise in 2011 and has called the Treasure Valley home ever since. Outside of the office, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and son, attending concerts, and getting creative with embroidery and other crafts.

A fun fact about Jessica: she coached a local high school cheer team for seven years before taking a break last year to spend more time with her family. She’s also a big fan of iced lattes and is a proud cat mom to three kitties!

Jackie was drawn to dentistry because she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. She especially loves helping patients feel more confident in their smiles and creating a positive experience during their time in the dental chair.

What Jackie enjoys most about being part of the Value Dental team is getting to work alongside such a supportive and fun group of people. She’s grateful to be part of a team that makes coming to work enjoyable while helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles.

Originally from Mountain Home, Idaho, Jackie moved to Boise in 2023 and quickly fell in love with all the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring new restaurants, and taking dirt bike rides together.

Sarah knew she wanted a career centered around helping people and was initially torn between nursing and dental hygiene. Ultimately, she chose the dental route and hasn’t looked back! She spent three years at Boise State University before completing her dental hygiene education at Idaho State University.

As a registered dental hygienist, Sarah loves helping patients achieve and maintain a healthy mouth. Her favorite part of caring for patients is building friendships and seeing the positive impact that improved oral health can have on their lives.

Born and raised in Boise, Sarah loves everything about the area—from its beautiful scenery and abundant wildlife to being just minutes from the mountains and the Boise River. Outside of work, she enjoys floating the river, working out, attending concerts, and watercolor painting. She’s also a proud cat mom to Oscar and Sandi.

Sarah loves Mexican food, prefers coffee over tea, and has a passion for travel. Cancun and Hawaii are among her favorite destinations, while her dream vacation would be a Mediterranean cruise. Scotland and Finland are also high on her bucket list!

If she weren’t in dentistry, Sarah says she’d probably be camping and traveling. What she loves most about being part of the Value Dental team is the amazing staff and the supportive environment they create together.

Jacoby is proud to be part of the Value Dental team and loves creating connections with patients while working alongside her amazing coworkers. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science from Idaho State University and enjoys being part of a team that makes each day rewarding.

One of Jacoby’s favorite things about living in Boise is having the outdoors right at her fingertips. When she’s not at the office, you can find her reading, paddle boarding, camping, or baking something delicious.

Jacoby is a big fan of iced lattes, pizza, and spending time with her adorable puppy, Copper. She also loves winding down with True Crime shows or a good comedy.

Whether she’s enjoying the outdoors, trying a new recipe, or spending time with Copper, Jacoby brings a warm, positive energy to the Value Dental team—and she’s always happy to help patients feel comfortable and cared for.
