After spending the past 22 years in Twin Falls, Jennifer recently relocated back to Boise, Idaho.  She brings more than 15 years of leadership and HR experience, including the past 6 years leading operations at a large, multi-provider dental practice. She’s extremely passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering exceptional patient care.

In her new role as practice manager at Value Dental, she is looking forward to supporting her providers and teams, improving the patient experience, and helping Value Dental continue to grow while making a positive impact on the communities it serves. Giving back has always been important to Jennifer.  She exemplified a true commitment to service that extended beyond her professional responsibilities, particularly through her dedicated involvement with the St. Luke’s Health System Foundation.

Outside of work, she and her partner, Steve, enjoy life with their blended family of four kids and three dogs. You’ll usually find them outdoors skiing, golfing, paddleboarding, hiking, camping, or traveling. She’s beyond excited to get to know everyone and be part of the Value Dental Boise family!
