Meet Our Team

Born and raised in Boise, Dr. Wagner attended Boise High and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho. She worked in footwear design in Seattle before pursuing dentistry.

After attending and earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, Dr. Wagner returned to Idaho in 2017. She is a member of the American Dental Association® and the Idaho State Dental Association.

Dr. Wagner provides timely dental care with an aesthetic eye for natural smiles and a gentle chair side manner. She cherishes getting to know her patients in order to understand their smile and health goals. She understands that not everyone loves coming to the dentist and tries to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

In her spare time, Dr. Wagner loves traveling with her husband and daughter as well as completing home design and renovation projects. She is an animal, film and food enthusiast. One can always rely on a great restaurant recommendation from her!

Dr. Hess has proudly served the Boise community as a trusted dentist since 1989. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry, he returned to Idaho with a commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate care to patients of all ages. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships with generations of families by combining clinical excellence with a genuine passion for helping others achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside the office, Dr. Hess enjoys making the most of Idaho’s beautiful outdoors. He loves spending quality time with his family, especially his eight grandchildren, and can often be found water skiing, boating, or enjoying other outdoor adventures. Recently, he has also developed a passion for flying. Whether caring for patients or spending time with loved ones, Dr. Hess values building meaningful connections.

Dr. Moss graduated from OU College of Dentistry in 1997. He had his own dental practice in Eagle, before partnering with Dr. Hess in 2003. He is a motor-cross enthusiast and loves vacationing with his family.

In her role as Practice Manager at Value Dental, Jennifer is focused on supporting her providers and teams, enhancing the patient experience, and helping Value Dental continue to grow while making a positive impact on the communities it serves. Giving back has always been important to Jennifer, and she previously served on the St. Luke’s Magic Valley Health Foundation board, reflecting her longstanding commitment to supporting the health and well-being of the community.

Outside of work, she and her partner, Steve, enjoy life with their blended family of four kids and three dogs. You’ll usually find them outdoors skiing, golfing, paddleboarding, hiking, camping, or traveling. She’s excited to be part of the Value Dental Boise family!
